Signal is now testing public usernames that allow users to conceal the phone numbers linked to their accounts while communicating with others.

Surprisingly it’s fine on Tor.

The list of tor exit ips is publicly viewable. Some IPS block the entire list contrary to Tor Project’s request not to do exactly that.

In this community everyone is welcome to post links and discuss topics related to privacy.
