I dumped proton 18 months ago when “andy88” pledged his allegiance to Donald. He wasn’t quiet about it. That’s entirely disqualifying for a tech CEO that’s meant to be a counter-balance to the other big tech CEOs. Maybe Andy’s just miffed they didn’t invite him to the billionaire party after the inauguration.
Uh…is “andy88” a joke or was he born in 88 or…the other one
Thankfully, he was born in '88.
You gotta be trolling a bit to keep it at this point
Their annual prices end in 88 (in USD anyways). Sure, a .99 price x 12 will get you .88, but, that seems like a convenient excuse they can point to rather than a legit reason to keep it.
Also a much more minor point, they seem to be happy letting people think they went full non-profit, rather than simply having a non-profit as a majority shareholder while still being a for-profit company.
Me too, was a paying customer for several years. Perks of using your own domain. I can switch providers in under an hour.

I dumped Proton within a week of Andy Yens pro-gop dung. He showed us who he was and I beleived him.
That said, I hope Proton dumps him and whomever else on the board needs scrapping, and rights their ship, we need as many sustainable privacy focused projects as possible to give options agianst big tech.
They have to move fast, unsure much top talent being called “losers” is a winning strategy to keep them around for very long.
Andy would call this post “loser talk” lol 😬
Winners don’t call other people losers.
Complain about the CEO, yet keep using the product (thus giving them your money). Good way to show them you don’t really mean it.
Change brands every time a ceo does something you don’t like. Good way to not have a life.
I said the same thing. Got down voted so hard.
