To help you work in the terminal, Proton Pass now offers a command-line interface (CLI) for enhanced productivity and increased security.

The CLI is now in beta version and available for Visionary supporters, with a broader availability across paid plans coming soon.

That’s cool.

I just saw a client using Nord VPN password manager and though I would never see something so stupid.

Until I read that proton also has a password manager. Lmao.

Are you kidding? Why are you trusting these companies with your passwords or your network? It’s absolutely mind boggling to imagine that’s normal for you ‘privacy’ people.

Do you know what the word encryption means?

No. Of course you don’t. You just want to feel smug about a topic you don’t understand. You appear to believe that password managers store passwords as plain text. That is absolutely mind-boggling.

Sit down.

Lemmy is in such bad shape that this is the kind of engagement you get in many communities. There isn’t a discussion anymore, only “I don’t like this” or “You are being dumb for using this”.

Of course we assume that since people can’t bothered to write more than a single line about a topic, they just want to feel better about themselves.

The world would probably be a better place if people knew that their opinion do not make something a fact.
