This has happened a few times, but it was always related to the use of VPNs because the app is not available in the country of the server, but now, even if I disable the VPN, change the spoofing model of the smartphone, open from a direct link from the Play store (in which the app page opens, however, with almost no information, such as version, permissions, size and so on, and the download doesn’t start. Is in the attached image), uninstall and reinstall, it doesn’t appear.
Suddenly, the aurora store of my work profile appeared the apps and the user profile specifically for banking apps, no.
I checked the settings of each one and they are exactly the same.
I really don’t know what the problem is.
Nothing seems to work.
Can anyone help me?

much thanks to @gary_host_laptop for the logo design :)
Tested this myself, as that used to be the workaround for apps not appearing, but I’m facing the same issue on some apps. For the time being, installing/updating manually via APKMirror isn’t ideal, but I’m not installing the Play Store.
I managed to find a way by downloading the user profile that appears and copying it through the user profile manager to the user profile of the banking apps and, if it wasn’t available in any of the Aurora Store apps, I would prefer to use it on the spare smartphone that I have.
I never use dubious sources like this, especially banking apps.
But it’s good to know that there are people facing the same problem so that the developer can perhaps solve it.
By the way, does anyone know a way to contact him?
Their issue tracker is probably the best bet.
Oh yeah, it’s usually a very bad idea, especially regarding apps handling sensitive information. Since my use case for APKMirror strictly consists of apps without internet permission in a dedicated, otherwise empty profile, the risk is acceptable.
I had discarded this option, so I was looking for other ways to communicate as I was unable to create a Gitlab account due to problems authenticating my bank details.
However, today I did it.
The issue has been created.

Have you spoofed your country? Check the Aurora Store settings.
I’ve never seen this option. Where is it?
Hm, I thought it had something like this but it does have languages but your display language appears to be your local language. Perhaps it different though; worth checking.
It’s not related to that. My language is the default of the system and I even tested others, but without success.
I’ve just installed this app using aurora and it was found in the search too…I’m from Brazil and not using a VPN at the moment …running lineage with microg on my phone and anonymous account for aurora …maybe is something with your aurora build…my aurora app stops showing results from time to time too …usually I just wait a couple days and try again with success…
I’m from Brazil too and I also think it’s an unknown problem because I’ve had this experience before and I thought I wasn’t sure how to solve it but it seems like there’s really no solution. Just wait, although it’s been many days and nothing is going back to normal.
This is usually related to the account used I’ve found. If one anonymous account doesn’t work, log out, try another, then search again.
I’ve tried this a lot and it doesn’t work :(
Just checked and will bank installs fine for me from Aurora. Are you using it anonymous or do you have an account signed in?
I’ve tried several anonymous ones (logging out and back in to sessions) and also in my personal account and nothing. It doesn’t work.
