Just your average quirky thigh-high socks enjoyer programmer. :3
Cell providers such as Telekom, Verizon, Yettel etc. have to provide Lawful Interception support for countries’ law enforcement agencies, and these are implemented in a way, that not even the cell providers is aware when a said subscriber / user is being listened on.
Otherwise I would guess a cell provider can’t operate in that country if it isn’t willing to provide this support?
TLDR:
Probably I have forgot some stuff, but this is the gist of it for me.
Well change can only be done through voicing disapproval first, although Google will most definitely won’t stop the data gathering in Maps.
Well It’s understandable if a lot of people wouldn’t switch over to OSM-based apps. I’ve tried OSMAnd, and I observe 3 drawbacks. Lengthy public transport calculation (fair since it’s computing on the phone), no reviews in POI areas (really hard to catch up on), weird results in transportations
Checkout anime game launcher’s Discord. The laucnher was primarily made for the anime Zelda game (can’t say the name) but their Discord has Honkers channels too, so probably they have done some way for Honkers linux gaming too I guess.
Be warned tho, when Honkers first started they banned a lot of linux players who used the anime game launcher (anime Zelda never banned anyone). I don’t know if Honkers changed their stance on Linux users, haven’t checked it.
EDIT: Search for “The Honkers Railway Game”
I’ve used the extra repo: https://archlinux.org/packages/extra/any/lutris/
Well I have read it in a 10 year old ppt training at my telco provider company where I work at, which only mentioned this with 1 sentence without any source either, and probably that would have been an internal document too, so unfortunately you have to take my word for it.
