It’s just complaining about DEI, but why now? Apparently, Firefox has a “license” to all your data now. How much is that true? Is he just cherry-picking here, in this case? Librewolf or whatever it’s called might be a better option. There’s also Zen browser.
I got this in my YouTube feed and didn’t know it was more anti-DEI slop and now I’m not sure what to believe. Wish they didn’t have to make it so political like they accuse others of doing. Ah well. But what is this I hear about Firefox having a “license” to all your data?
I guess that’s like a lot of browsers, tbh, but I suppose Firefox has higher standards, or did…

i tried librewolf because of this and now i can see how stuck i am in google’s wallgarden as i am in mozilla’s.
i’m going to have to start de-mozillaing in addition to de-googling.
Still, the anti-DEI stuff in the video makes me distrust the “hype” around “de-mozillaing,” so to speak, but I guess if they have license to your data, then that speaks for itself…
That’s just some idiot dogpiling into Mozilla. The privacy concerns are very real though.

i paused the video to checkout librewolf and didnt see the dei stuff until just now; i don’t know about any hype, i’m de-mozillaing because i don’t want to get stuck in a walled garden and his anti-dei tirade is a waste of oxygen.
