Dictators are always afraid of their own people.
And dictators are installed by the uber wealthy and sometimes are a product of imperialism and foreign influence. Really, what we should be focusing on is the inner circle and the ultra-wealthy. These are the people that actually call the shots. A dictatorship is just there to create kind of like a brand and a environment of fear. Dictators aren’t actually in charge. So, who is really scared? Those with all the wealth. Pigs get fed, Hogs get slaughtered.
