Are there any phone screening apps for Android that don’t rely on a 3rd party service, something that functions more along the lines of ublock or similar?

I use Carrion, you can download a database of high confidence spam numbers and then take the internet permission away if you’re on GrapheneOS to ensure there’s nothing being transmitted. It also enforces stir/shaken.

I keep getting a “Database download failed” error, unfortunately, even with network permission enabled…

Darn, maybe they took the database offline & mine just still works because I set it up months ago. Unfortunate because it works really well for me
