- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered

Not talking about workforce, talking about paperwork and beurocracy involved with immigration. At the start of invasion workforce could not keep up with amount of immigration form filed by immigrant.
