Can’t recommend this game enough. If you haven’t played it before, you can get the full game for free, without the new UI, from the bay12 website!
It’s also probably part of your distros libraries. Most distros I’ve used you can straight up (install command) dwarf-fortress
Most people won’t gel with the free version though as it uses ASCII.
