I've been recently looking into watching my weight and diet again. I had used Noom in the past and really liked their services, but then it came out that they were essentially wiretapping everyone. It seems like every health focused app is selling health information now. Does anyone know of any good privacy focused health services? Currently I think my only options are logging my calories in a paper book lol.
