I know this post didn’t coin the term 'enshitification", but it really is a great way to describe the monetization of everything that was once good on the internet


I’ve always had a niggling worry that downloading apps from 3rd party app stores came with a higher risk of getting apps with viruses and spyware.

any truth to this?


I think the end of net neutrality hastened there older internet’s demise. now corps are free to monetize as much as they like.
