Have a lot of email? I’ve been using it and don’t have those issue. Now it not always pulling down email right of way even if I tell it to sync yes that is an issue.
I mean they very well could. I mean it seems to be going this way anyway but separate networks. No global Internet just a bunch of networks each country controls.
It’s not spyware anymore. It’s stored on device so Google does not have access to it. It was a big issue when they did this as people could not longer log into the website and view their history. Right now there is no way to back it up so if you loose your phone you loose your history.
Reading these comments first nobody knows Google moved it locally.
I highly doubt it’s the worse time. There used to be no concept of privacy you lived in a small town everyone knew everything and you lived in a one room house and familys had on bed for everything. There would have been no privacy at all.
It’s probably the death of the project. Just read the letter the project is dead. Who is going to send the time to move to another ROM and then come back after they’re done? And who knows when they’ll do it again.
I’m guessing Android Auto wireless. And if so it makes perfect sense. You can’t route everything through a VPN when your connecting to a device with a local network.
Bullshit show me the regulations about a banking app nedding attestation on a phone. Most of them are just wrapped websites anyway. So why do they run on PC’s if regulations demand data security? This is so much bullshit.
What kind of bullshit is this. Breaks what regulations? You know everyone allows things to happen on a computer which guess what you have root access to and is “unsecure” This bullshit gets said so many times but it is not true.
You know cameras have an IR filter during the day right.
