If people learn evolutionary psychology from tiktok (or Lemmy), I certainly can agree that it gets into whole lot of random shit stories of any predetermined intent, including bigotry.

But throwing away an entire field of academic study based on them and saying it’s impossible to draw causality is also ridiculous.

I suggest you read this article. Particularly in #7 if the misconceptions since that’s precisely what you write in your next, longer comment.

If you bought a alien spider router just to use as an WiFi access point, you bought the wrong thing.

I have that and use Ethernet cable.

I just have cables outside of walls, along the corners. And doors have enough gaps usually at the bottom to let a single Ethernet cable through and still close without any problems. It isn’t very noticeable even without drilling.

The newest models tend to get hand mostly right as long as hand isn’t in a weird position.
