Modern big tech (Apple, Google, Microsoft), along with mainstream platforms is chaotic with manipulative algorithms; all for the purpose of exploiting the user with data collection, pushing ads, wasting the user's time by keeping them constantly engaged. Smartphones most of all are fragile, high maintenance, dopamine slot machines. What I have laid out cuts out all forms of big tech algorithmic manipulation. Suffice to say, my own process actually saved my sanity and I no longer have anxiety as I once did. It's been freeing.
