- Don’t promote proprietary software
- Try to keep things on topic
- If you have a question, please try searching for previous discussions, maybe it has already been answered
- Reposts are fine, but should have at least a couple of weeks in between so that the post can reach a new audience

I’ve been using Tuta for over a year and regularly don’t touch the website for months at a time.
Sorry that happened to you, but just wanted to chime in that this isn’t a universal experience.
Just as likely a glitch as anything, just can’t take the risk it would happen again as a main daily email personally. Glad you’re experience has been different.
