Don’t worry, we’ve seen this before. Case dismissed because of lack of standing, due to the fact that there were no damages.
His rates doubling wouldn’t be considered damages?
Yeah a case similar to this just got shot down in Washington state for that exact reason.
Double insurance rates don’t qualify?
That’s not damage, it’s profit.
